SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing All PawFile Pro™ orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Standard Shipping — Free Estimated delivery time is 6–13 business days after processing. All orders include full tracking so you can monitor your package every step of the way. Standard shipping is completely free on all orders with no minimum purchase required.
Express Shipping — $7.99 Express orders receive priority handling and are moved to the front of the fulfillment queue. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing. If receiving your order quickly is important to you, we recommend selecting express shipping at checkout.
